I'm Walid Cheikh, a performance marketing and AI consultant based in Dubai. For more than 16 years, I've worked at agencies, brands, and as an independent partner — helping teams build digital growth systems that connect strategy, traffic, conversion, CRM and reporting into one accountable engine.

My work spans B2B SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, forex and other regulated industries. I'm equally comfortable rebuilding a paid media account, redesigning a CRM follow-up sequence, fixing a broken tracking stack, or shipping an AI workflow that automates mid-funnel operations.

What I'm not interested in: vanity metrics, opaque reports, "growth hacks", or strategy decks that never ship. The work I take on always ties back to acquisition cost, conversion rate, revenue contribution or payback. If a tactic can't earn its place on the P&L, it doesn't belong in the plan.
